| We regret that our policy forbids return
of any item which has been customized / modified
as per measurement or instructions. |
| We have worked in every possible way to
accurately reproduce products that are shown
in the pictures, but there may be minor variations
in color of the actual product because of
the nature of fabric dyes and differences
in display output due to lighting and digital
photography and color settings and capabilities
of monitors. A customer must place an order
keeping in mind this minor variation in color
as seen on a computer screen against the actual
color of the outfit received. |
| Ishmeet.com firmly believes that all the
customers who order online are aware that
colors seen on a monitor will be slightly
different as compared to the actual outfits
or accessories ordered. |
| It is practically impossible for Ishmeet.com
to replicate the same colors on an outfit
as seen on your monitor. A variation in the
shade selected by you is considered as a normal
practice as these garments have a tendency
to reflect different shades of a color under
different light and weather, type of camera
used for photography or type and settings
on the computer monitor. |
| The return of purchased products is possible
subject to the point that you inform your
decision to us at : ?? within 24 hours of
receipt of goods, the intimation should also
be followed by a return of the purchased goods
within 48 hours from the time of receipt of
products. |
| You cannot return the goods on the grounds
of color choice or handwork for any product,
as once you order the product on the site
you voluntarily confirm to its color and handwork
details. |
| You are not entitled to return the products
over the issue of price or shipment cost as
you are already confirming to them when finalizing
the order. |
| An amount of 50US$ will be deducted from
the purchase price. |
| The Cost of returning the products by express
mail (3-5 day delivery mail) has to be born
by the customer. |
| The products have to be returned in original
packaging. |
| Used products are not eligible for a return. |
| Money will be returned back once we have
received the products in intact position (without
any wear and tear) and passed by our Quality
Control Department. |
