12. What do you mean by different order status given for one single order?
  The order goes through different states from time to time. These states include:
"Payment Awaited"  
This comes as soon as the order is placed with us. It works as a default status for the order you have placed and also for "off-line payments", until we receive them.
"Payment Under Process"  
It signifies that your payment is under clearance process and is yet to be approved by the payment gateway
"Order Under Process"  
This means your order is under production.
"Ready to Dispatched"  
This means the order is complete and is ready to dispatch.
"Dispatched"  
This means that your order has been dispatched.
"Cancelled"  
It specifies that your payment is not approved by the payment gateway or due to some constraints, we are unable to deliver your order.
